Therefore, this technique was applied in this study to evaluate the productivity of horizontal precast concrete (PC) installation. The installation of 70 PC panels (beams and slabs) were observed and a WEBCYCLONE model was developed. The analysis showed that the developed model was able to provide valid estimates of the actual installation times with acceptable percentage error (7.61 percent). Additionally, based on the results from resource utilization, construction managers and site supervisors can provide more efficient labor planning for daily activities.&lt;/p&gt;
